Parc Naturel Regional du Massif des Bauges is a little known place that is kept as a secret by outdoor enthusiasts. Butting up against Lac Annecy to the north, Lac de Bourget to the west, and the Isere River valley to the south-east, it features 800km2 of hiking and biking space that is surrounded by wide pastures and high plateaux. The park is also home to numerous forested areas that sheathe a rich ecosystem of plants and animals. There are many spots for you to capture a panoramic view, as well as catch a breath of fresh air.
