International Citè UniversitaireThe International Citè Universitaire [1 Avenue Pierre Massé, +33 142535144] is a huge student/academic accommodation centre that caters to those who attend the universities in the Île de France section. Created in 1925, this campus was intended to bring together academics from various parts of the world, despite the volatile political conditions of that time. The CIUP (its nickname) is known for its different houses (over 40) that represent the various countries around the world, as most were erected by famous names such as Le Corbusier, Heydar Ghiai and Claude Parent.
